Never written or bought by us
We don't write reviews, buy them, commission them or offer anything in exchange for a positive one. We don't hide negative reviews from a trade's profile.
Ratings appear once there's real data
A tradesperson shows no rating until genuine reviews exist. We'd rather show nothing than show a number we made up.
